By confirming the order or registering in the online reservation platform kantolin.com, you declare that you agree and accept the following terms, rights and conditions:

CONTRACT OF SALE

The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the seller confirms the order (the buyer receives an e-mail – order confirmation). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Upon completion of the purchase, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of the order via email with all the details of your order.

All correspondence between customers is kept electronically.

In order to prevent possible misuse of payment cards and ordering in a foreign name by cash on delivery, it is necessary to enter your mobile number at registration, where we will be able to verify the authenticity of the order and thus at least partially prevent the above abuse.

The concept of paying via Paypal is considered to be very simple, without the need to open a personal Paypal account. To pay via Paypal, you must have an email address and one of the credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Paying through PayPal is one of the safest on the internet because you do not give your credit card information to merchants. Only your PayPal, which is registered as a bank in the EU, has information about your cards, which has this information highly protected (as the conditions for banks apply), so you can be sure of the security of your purchase.

For discounted items, the percentage shown is calculated based on the base price of the item. In the event that the item has the option of additional selection of options that affect the price, this percentage may be different. In this case, the valid sales price and the price shown as regular price and the discount percentage shown is not taken into account.

PURCHASE PROCESS

The order is completed when you receive a notification to your email address with all the information about the order.

In the cart, you have, among other things, the option to calculate postage according to the location of delivery. In the basket, you can also use a discount coupon that you earned in a prize game, to submit a grade and the like, and you can also use a gift voucher given to you by a loved one. Only one coupon or voucher is allowed for each purchase. Coupons and vouchers do not add up

When you decide to place an order, you go to the checkout. The ordering page is transparent and simple. Here you can choose between delivery and payment options. The cashier will respond immediately to your every action and display your final order value. DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS

We will deliver the goods to you according to the price list of our delivery services.

Delivery of the ordered goods is performed for us by Pošta Slovenije, which does not charge you any additional commission for payment after collection. Pošta Slovenije delivers the ordered goods in the morning, and in the area of ​​larger post offices you also have the option of choosing delivery after 4 pm at the checkout.

In case of extraordinary dimensions, heavy weight or other extraordinary circumstances, we reserve the right to deliver to you with another delivery service and charge you extra for delivery (if you would otherwise be entitled to free delivery). You will, of course, be notified immediately. For packages of larger dimensions, we can send the ordered goods via another delivery service, as some of our delivery partners do not accept larger loads.

If you are not at the address stated when confirming the order at the time of delivery, you can pick up the package at the nearest post office or call the delivery service, which will leave you a notice and arrange for the next delivery. Package delivery is generally performed in the morning. Before the order is shipped, you can notify us via email or phone that you want delivery to another address. Unless this message arrives too late, we will make sure that the wish is taken into account and that the order arrives at the right address.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs, which cannot be done free of charge, are roughly taken from the price list of delivery services and can be checked in the shopping cart before placing an order. The price is tied to the weight of the item or items.

REPORTING OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

In the event that the shipment is physically damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the customer must immediately initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service that delivered such a package, namely at Pošta Slovenije by taking the shipment to the nearest post office in in the same condition as you received (without adding or removing anything) and fill in the complaint report.

We always try to ship packages that are best prepared for transport and, if necessary, additionally protect them, but even this is not a guarantee that damage during transport cannot occur. In the event of a report of damage during transport, we will do our best to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

ORDER NOTIFICATIONS

After the final confirmation of the order, the customer is notified by e-mail of the receipt of the order. Typically, the recipient receives an email notification within 5 minutes, but it is not uncommon for the process to take slightly longer due to different email client settings.

The buyer also receives an electronic notification when the goods are shipped. It usually takes a day or two (in Slovenia) for the goods to be delivered to the recipient’s address.

In the event that you may have ordered goods that cannot be shipped within the promised time due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you of the new delivery time via the provided contact information.
